Supply and demand

Don’t let a helping hand turn into the involuntary amputation of your whole entire arm.

You can only sacrifice but so much of your own happiness to satisfy others.

Your sacrificial efforts will only bring you to a point where their demands outweigh your supply.

No one should gain satisfaction from seeing you suffer from a lack of peace.

Hands are there to grasp, hold and help. No one should expect you to provide them with happiness.

If it doesn’t already come from within themselves, just remember hands are also not used to fill empty spaces.

They have to learn to fulfill themselves.
